PeopleOS is an AI coworker that runs HR operations conversationally — thirty-six workflows across ten categories, from onboarding plans and time-off requests to review cycles, pay-equity analysis, offboarding, and policy questions answered in plain language.

Twenty-nine scheduled jobs keep it proactive rather than reactive: it notices expiring contracts, compensation band compression, and overdue milestones before anyone asks. Built on Claude, with Slack and email in the loop.
